Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

Private investigators and stalking.

My husband has hired a PI and they are always following me, looking around my house, looking in my windows and generally causing stress in my life to where i do not even feel safe in my house and where i have had to seek medical attention. what can i legally do. we are seperated and living apart.

The investigator can conduct legal surveillance, but not harass you. Looking into your windows is not allowed, because it requires that he trespass to do so. Your best course of action is to get your divorce / separation into family court to have the court provide you with some protection.
