Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

My daughter was given a truck (older one) as a gift from a neighbor, after that womans husband died. My daughter has asked for over a year now, for the title, and got excuses. Now, they (the grand daughter and the woman) want the gift of the truck, back. What can she do?

If in fact this truck was a gift to your daughter from this neighbor, she has

the right to refuse to give it back and can continue to demand the title to

the vehicle.
