Negligent Landlord

Is there anything that I can do about a landlord the is neglecting to fix repairs that are very much need to my house. I have ask him several times over the past few months to fix my bathroom floor which is falling in. There is about a 4'' gap you can see outside. Each time I mention it to him he brushing the subject off by lying.

What does your lease say in regard to the landlord's responsibilty for repairs and your remedies if she fails to live up to these responsibilities? If you're unable to answer these

questions or are having difficulty in understanding the terms of your lease, you should consult with an attorney to assist you with these matters.
