dui
4th time offender no dui's since 1991 until 2005 what am I looking at? What about driving to and from work. What about my auto will that be taken? Is it possible to get privileges to drive to work and treatment? If so how long till that would happen?

It really depends on what court you're in. If I were you though,
I wouldn't take any chances. Call a lawyer.

It depends on what city you are in. It's possible to have them consider it as a second time DUI/OVI since your last one was in 1991, but you definitely need an attorney. I do ALOT of DUI/OVI work. Call me if you have additional questions. 216. 227. 0900.
